  3. Attention fellow blogger:

You are about to receive a form letter (because I am too lazy to type individual emails for all 15 of you recipients), Before you dismiss this as spam or some kind of bad joke, hear me out.

You may know me. You may not. It doesn’t matter. YOU have been nominated for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award.

There are rules and stuff for accepting it, and they are a bit of a pain, but the sentiment is sincere. I only nominated bloggers I thought deserved it, bloggers I thought other people would want to read, bloggers who inspired me in some way.

You don’t have to accept, of course, but I hope you’ll enjoy knowing you inspired someone. You can find my post here: http://wp.me/s4SyV3-vib

  4. Addendum to the above nomination: The old rules were awful. They have been changed. You’re welcome. http://wp.me/p4SyV3-zL

  5. Hi there,

I am the wife of a wonderful trans woman in the beginning stages of transition. You are about the same age as my spouse and thought it might be helpful for you or your spouse to get my perspective if you are interested. It isn’t easy to go through this transition but it can be done with respect, love and support of each other. I admit, I haven’t read your blog completely yet, but I will.

If you are interested, my blog is http://myidentityjourney.blogspot.com It’s difficult to find a whole lot of blogs from the spouse of the transitioning partner, and I have links to several on mine.

Hang in there, we all can have a wonderful life with the right kind of support.

Hi I’m really sorry it’s taken so long to reply. I hit a dark patch and have been there for about a month now.
One of the hardest things about my transition to deal with has been the effect it has had on my wife.
To be able to read about your experiences is of great interest to me and I will definitely be heading over to your blog.
Thank you so much for the link and for taking the time to comment.
